International fixed-priced bundles create greater cost predictability; local phone numbers deliver familiar calling experience for today’s modern, distributed workforce
Fuze (formerly ThinkingPhones), the leader in global voice, video, and collaboration, today announced the general availability of Fuze Global Unmetered calling, a global plan providing customers with unmetered calling to over 100 countries, free calls between Fuze endpoints, and a more localized calling experience at a predictable cost.
With unified service offerings available under the Fuze Global Voice platform, the Company can offer unique pricing models and robust calling capabilities worldwide. Fuze will offer this product across the largest set of countries for global end users in the industry, delivering more predictable monthly costs for global calling. Calls between Fuze endpoints are free whether they originate within the enterprise or are made to any Fuze endpoint within the Fuze customer network.
“With Fuze Global Unmetered, we continue to expand our range of cost-effective calling offerings for today’s modern, global enterprise. Our customers look to us to simplify their international telecommunications systems, reducing complexity so IT and telecom teams can spend time and resources elsewhere,” said Steve Dietz, Senior Product Manager, International Strategy, Fuze. “Calling data isn’t always readily available or consistent from month to month, which can make choosing a region-specific dialing plan difficult. We’re saying goodbye to unpredictable monthly costs with a fixed-fee offering. It’s all about delivering a more localized calling experience with fixed-price calling where you dial the most.”
Beyond Global Unmetered calling, the Company will continue to offer a variety of calling packages to meet an organization’s specific global needs when calling outside of the Fuze network, including Single Country Unmetered and United States and Europe Unmetered. Single Country Unmetered calling allows for unlimited calling into a selected country, an ideal option for customers who do the majority of their voice communication into a single country and who would prefer a predictable monthly cost. United States and Europe Unmetered calling includes the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico in addition to 17 European countries. As an unmatched offering in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry, it provides an ideal option for customers who have widely dispersed calling around Europe and the U.S., and who would prefer a predictable monthly cost with a more localized calling experience.
“The end user continues to be our top priority. With Fuze Global Unmetered calling, we are excited to blend global calling capabilities with a localized experience for customers around the world,” said Michael Affronti, Vice President of Product, Fuze. “The Fuze Global Voice platform provides industry-leading international coverage along with custom tailoring of our end-user experiences to over 100 different countries. The new Global Unmetered offering extends our coverage even further, all while streamlining costs and supporting employee productivity. It’s just one way we simplify the business communication experience.”
Global Unmetered Calling continues Fuze’s commitment to enabling today’s global workforce by streamlining and transforming the way businesses communicate and collaborate, all with a focus on the end user.
“Many business VoIP providers can provide a call connection to another country, but what is the experience for the caller? For example, will the dial tone sound familiar? What about the ringtone that you hear while waiting for the person on the other end to answer the call? Most importantly, will the call always connect the way you expect? With Fuze, they will,” continued Dietz.
